The Problem

Every recurrence costs you twice: engineering hours, and your customer's trust.

Your engineers spend hours on the easy problems and days on the hard ones, searching old Excel files. The answer existed, but nobody could find it.

The Current Reality
?EmailExcelSharePointERPOld DocsTribal knowledge

Everyone has a piece. Nobody has the picture.

  • Hours to days searching old Excel files
  • Knowledge lost when engineers leave
  • Same problems solved again and again
  • Customers wait days for answers
The SolveR Way
ERPMESEmailDocsSolveRStandard RCA methodsKnowledge base

One system: search in seconds, not days.

  • Analysis in minutes, not hours
  • Knowledge preserved forever
  • Problems stay solved
  • Customers get answers fast
Three outputs

What your engineer gets

  1. Standard methods that walk your engineer through every case.

Nobody guesses the next step and nobody works from memory.

  2. A knowledge base that gets smarter with every case you close.

The next engineer starts from what the plant already knows.

  3. A record an auditor or a customer can follow from start to finish.

Nothing to clean up before the audit, the file stands as it is.

How SolveR Works

AI processes the data, the engineer decides.

  1. Connects your documents and your systems.

e-mails, PDFs and exports from your systems

  2. Guides the case through standard methods.

the methods your engineers already trust

  3. Remembers every case your plant has closed.

the knowledge stays when people move on

  4. Builds the finished report with one click.

one for the customer, one for management

Standard methods

Different problems, different methods. One knowledge base.

8D

Customer complaints, safety issues and problems that keep coming back.

4-Step

Fast internal deviations: scrap, rework and parts out of spec.

PDCA

Continuous improvement: test an idea, keep what actually works.

A3

One page, from problem to actions. For the line and for management.

Kaizen

Small improvements from the floor, collected in one place.

DMAIC

Data driven analysis of deviations that keep repeating.

Just-Do-It

The obvious fix, done right away and written down at once.

Brain

Search across every solved case, with the source in the answer.

Your method

We build a method from the steps your team already follows.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does SolveR use AI trained on our company data, or a generic public model?

SolveR uses foundation AI models under a strict no-training guarantee: your data is never used to train any model, and a zero-data-retention agreement covers the model provider. Your cases stay in your own tenant and only build your own private knowledge base.

How is SolveR different from an AI chatbot?

A chatbot answers one question and forgets the conversation. SolveR runs a complete, traceable root cause analysis: it structures the case with 5W2H, guides Ishikawa and 5 Whys, links corrective actions to the confirmed root cause, and files the finished case into your knowledge base as an audit-ready 8D report.

Does SolveR replace our existing 8D, PDCA, or 4-Step process, or work within it?

SolveR works within your existing process. Cases are built in the standard 8D, PDCA, and 4-Step formats your engineers and auditors already use, so the output drops straight into your current quality system instead of around it.

How long does it take to get useful results from SolveR on a new case?

SolveR is useful from the first case: it structures the problem description from your emails and attachments in minutes, and a full analysis typically takes days instead of weeks. The value then compounds, because every solved case makes the next one faster.

What happens to our data? Is anything sent outside our environment?

Your data stays in your tenant, stored in the EU and encrypted in transit and at rest. Nothing is used to train AI models, and you can run SolveR in our EU cloud, in a private cloud, or on-premise when your data-handling policy requires it.

Does SolveR integrate with our existing ERP, QMS, or document systems?

Yes. SolveR ingests cases directly from email, file systems, and documents such as Excel, PDF, and photos, and connects to ERP, MES, and quality systems through API access, so evidence flows in without manual re-entry.

Which methods does SolveR support?

8D, 4-Step, PDCA, A3, Kaizen, DMAIC, Just-Do-It and Brain. They share one knowledge base, and you pick the method by the type of case. We can also build a method from the steps your team already follows.

Does SolveR make things up?

No. SolveR does not guess. When data is missing or too vague, it says so, and every statement points to its source: a document, a measurement or an earlier case.
